Together we find ways to create meaningful and practical change
WHY RUNNING?

WHY RUNNING?

There is compelling research to show that outdoor exercise positively impacts symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and stress. In many ways, running parallels the grind of our day-to-day lives as there are inherently going to be some runs when we feel good and others when we don't. There are days we feel tired, worn down, or even overwhelmed, and the last thing we want to do is put on our shoes and get our butts out the door. But by finding purposeful ways to do just that – lace up and get movin' – we begin to build resilience, increase our capacity to maintain meaningful goals, and ultimately learn how to face the inevitable aches and pains of life with some courage and compassion.
