GETTING STARTED — I offer an initial, free phone consultation to discuss details regarding services and fees, as well as any general questions you may have about therapy.

GETTING CONNECTED — E-mail me for details about our free, on-going Monday Mindfulness Running Group where we strive to build an ethic of connection as well as set an intention for our upcoming day and week.  We hope you can join us.  ALL ages, abilities, and fitness levels are welcome.

PERSONALIZED PAYMENT — My standard fee per 50-60 minute session is $150.  Payment is determined by a sliding fee scale that is based on your income, financial resources, and current situation.  Carefirst BCBS insurance is also accepted at this time, though it is up to the client to be informed about the specifics of their benefits.  Whatever your situation, RunDC works closely with you to make sure this service is not only meaningful but financially manageable and sustainable.

CONFIDENTIALITY — Everything that you share with me stays with me.  However, it’s important to remember that we will be conducting our sessions on runs or walks outside, at parks, your office, etc. which means we may pass people you know who could be curious about the nature of our relationship.  Together we can plan for how to handle these situations in a way that makes you feel most comfortable.

WHO RUNDC SERVES — I work with people across the lifespan dealing with issues such as grief and loss, stressors related to change, major life transitions, anxiety and depression, relational trauma, relationship issues, self-confidence, parenting, and substance use. Given my own experience as a former DI athlete, I also tend to work well with student-athletes and the unique challenges they face.
