Meditation Plus Running for Treatment of Depression

Meditation and exercise have been shown to be helpful treatments for anxiety and depression.  So why not combine them?  This article — Meditation Plus Running for Treatment of Depression — explores that very notion and suggests that meditation before running can yield greater results than when either are done alone.
